3. Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees and any applicable handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
- Customized or personalized shoes.
